At hkPERFUMES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our fragrance experts via the support portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent transit damage.

  Ship to hkPERFUMES

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
